More About Us
Welcome to Rural English Empowerment (REE)! We are a dedicated team committed to bridging the educational gap for rural primary school students, focusing on enhancing English language skills in the Muyira sector. Founded by a group of passionate individuals, including Felix Munyampeta, Claude Niringiyimana, Annet Katusime, Immaculee Uwiduhaye, and Emerithe Uwitije, REE was born out of a desire to address the lack of effective English learning opportunities in underserved rural areas.
At REE, we believe that English proficiency is essential for unlocking further educational and career opportunities. Our approach is community-driven, interactive, and tailored to the unique needs of rural students. By creating immersive and practical learning experiences that emphasize listening and speaking, we aim to give rural students the confidence and skills they need to thrive in both academic and professional settings.
